VP Software LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. MiniDeck Slides is designed with privacy in mind — your presentations are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

MiniDeck Slides does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your presentations, slides, or content
• Your photos or images
• Your name, email address, or personal information
• Your location
• Usage analytics or crash data beyond what Apple collects through iOS

All presentation data is stored locally on your device using iOS file storage.

AI Features (Claude by Anthropic)

When you use the AI deck builder or AI slide assistant, the topic or description you type is sent to Anthropic's API servers to generate content. Specifically:

• Only your typed topic or prompt is sent — not your slides, photos, or other content
• Anthropic processes this data subject to their own privacy policy
• Anthropic may use API interactions to improve their models, per their policies
• Your AI usage count is tracked locally on your device to manage the free trial

Stock Photos (Unsplash)

When you search for stock photos, your search query is sent to Unsplash's API. Your photo insertion count is tracked locally on your device to manage the free trial limit. Unsplash's privacy policy applies to search requests.

File Sharing

MiniDeck presentations saved as .minideck files contain your slide content and images. When you share these files via AirDrop, email, or other methods, that content becomes subject to the privacy policies of those services. You are responsible for the content you share.

In-App Purchases

MiniDeck Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. VP Software LLC does not collect or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy and terms of service apply to all purchase transactions.

Children's Privacy

MiniDeck Slides is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

MiniDeck Slides uses the following third-party services:

Data Security

Your presentation data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS security features including encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data that passes through third-party services. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, but we are committed to using commercially acceptable means to protect any data involved.

Your Rights

Since MiniDeck Slides does not collect your personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. Your presentation data exists only on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app or deleting individual presentations within the app.

Changes to This Policy

VP Software LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App Store update notes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of MiniDeck Slides after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
