From the home screen, tap "Create Deck with AI." Type a description of your presentation topic — the more specific the better. Choose how many slides you want, pick a background style, then tap Generate. MiniDeck will build your complete deck in about 30 seconds.

The free version includes 5 AI deck builds and 75 total AI slide generations (shared between deck builds and individual slide AI). Upgrade to MiniDeck Pro for unlimited AI at just $1.99/year.

Tap on any image element in a slide, then tap the Stock Photos button to search Unsplash's library. You can also let the AI deck builder automatically find and insert relevant photos. Free users get 100 photo insertions; Pro users get unlimited.

Yes! You can use your own photos as slide backgrounds or as image elements. For best results, use landscape-oriented photos. To add a photo to an element, tap the element and choose from your photo library. To copy an image from Safari, long-press it and tap Copy, then paste directly into your slide.

Tap the ••• menu in the slide editor, then choose "Export PDF" to share as a PDF (with three quality settings: email, standard, or high quality). You can also choose "Send / Save MiniDeck File" to share the editable .minideck file via AirDrop, Messages, or email so others can open it in MiniDeck.

Open your deck, tap the play button to start the slideshow, then use AirPlay from Control Center to mirror to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV. On iPhone, rotate to landscape orientation first for the cleanest full-screen view.

MiniDeck Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription at $1.99/year that gives you unlimited AI deck builds, unlimited stock photo insertions, and removes the watermark from your exports. To upgrade, go to Settings → Upgrade to Pro. You can cancel anytime through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Go to Settings in MiniDeck and tap "Restore Previous Purchase." This will check the App Store for your existing subscription and restore your Pro status. If that doesn't work, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, email us at support@vpsoftwarellc.com with your Apple ID (email only, never your password) and we'll help.

PDF export compresses images to keep file sizes reasonable for sharing. If you need maximum quality, choose "High Quality PDF" from the export options. The slides themselves always save at full quality inside the app.
